# Zyberdesk — Helpdesk software with an AI assistant

Zyberdesk checks every help article against your own sources, flags what no longer matches, and drafts the fix as a diff you approve.

## What's inside

Zyberdesk pairs a hosted help center with a verification workflow. You point it at the public pages that describe your product and paste in release notes. It compares each published article against them and tells you which articles have drifted.

- **Verification** — Each published article is checked against public web pages you point Zyberdesk at (changelog, pricing, docs) and release notes you paste. Every article gets a verdict: Up to date, Needs review, or Can't verify, with the quoted evidence shown.
- **Suggested fixes** — When an article no longer matches, Zyberdesk drafts a rewrite and shows it as a line diff. A person reviews and applies it. Nothing changes without approval.
- **Help center** — A hosted public site with collections, categories, and articles, plus an editor for writing and organizing them.
- **Widget and AI answers** — An embeddable widget that answers from your articles. The AI conversations it has are visible in your dashboard.
- **For AI agents** — llms.txt, markdown versions of key pages, and an MCP endpoint, so AI agents can read your docs.

## How it works

1. **Add a source** — Point Zyberdesk at the public pages that describe your product, or paste release notes.
2. **Read the verdicts** — Each published article is checked against those sources. Articles are re-checked every 30 days automatically, or whenever you ask.
3. **Review the diff** — For an article that no longer matches, Zyberdesk drafts a rewrite. You read the diff and apply it, or dismiss it.

If an article was edited while a suggestion was waiting, the suggestion is retired instead of overwriting the newer work.

## Documentation with a review process

Zyberdesk flags and drafts. It does not publish on its own. Every change to a published article goes through a person, the same way a code change goes through review.

- Quoted evidence next to every verdict
- Suggested fixes shown as line diffs
- Suggestions retired, never forced, when the article has changed since

## A help center and widget that use the same articles

Write and organize articles in Zyberdesk and publish them to a hosted help center. The embeddable widget answers visitors' questions from those same articles, so a corrected article corrects the answers too. Conversations with the AI appear in your dashboard.

## Readable by AI agents

Zyberdesk serves llms.txt, markdown versions of its public pages, and an MCP endpoint so AI agents can find and read documentation without scraping. See [Zyberdesk features](/features.md).

## Pricing

Start free on Hobbyist. Move up to Starter, Growth, or Pro as your team and usage grow. See [Zyberdesk pricing](/pricing.md) for exact figures and plan comparison.

## A few things people ask before they start

**What does Zyberdesk check articles against?**
Public web pages you point it at, such as a changelog, pricing page, or docs, and release notes you paste in. Those are the only sources today.

**Does Zyberdesk change my articles on its own?**
No. It drafts a suggested fix as a diff. A person reviews and applies it.

**How often are articles checked?**
Every 30 days automatically, or on demand.

**Can I start for free?**
Yes. Hobbyist is free, and you can upgrade whenever your team needs more room.

**Can I change plans later?**
Yes, move up or down whenever you need to.
